This event has come and gone. Follow me on Twitter to learn about the next one. I’m planning a trip the the Federal Reserve Bank early 2010. I hope they give free samples!

December 11th, at 1:30PM, we will tour the former home known for years as The Mansion. This mini-tweetup is available to 8 participants who are willing and able to join us for a bit of Atlanta adventure. There’s no cost, so no excuse to miss this opportunity. To join us contact Randy Barnes, via twitter @rbarnesdotcom or by your favorite digital method.
Ivy Hall is simply one of the Georgia’s finest 19th century homes. Smack dab in the middle of town there just aren’t many places in Atlanta that have more curb appeal. The home is known to most long-time residents as a restaurant popular with the business travelers and tourists until a fire ended the run.
On the short list of great success in preservation in Atlanta, Ivy Hall
has reclaimed it’s grandeur. Taken over by SCAD, (that’s another great success story) . The new caretakers have apparently outdone themselves in this beautiful project, (and I say that as I’ve only seen the place as I drive by on Ponce, heading to Krispy Kreeme.)
Once we’ve been inside, and have had our tour, I will share the experience here and will include a short video to enjoy.
This promises to be a great outing and I am really excited about this one!
More soon.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Time has been moved to 1:30 pm due to events at Ivy Hall. Let’s get together for lunch somewhere close by, like Mary Macs or Eats or?? What is your idea?
This looks awesome, but I’ll be out of town. Would love to come if you do this again!
Carl´s last blog ..Carl: @talktotisha I keep wondering when #Shazam will release a version for #BlackBerry OS 5. I had to leave them behind when I upgraded from 4.6.
